Dear Friends,

I hope that this finds you doing well today!  We are in week 3 of the stay at home order, and if you’re anything like me, you may be getting a little stir crazy.  You can only read so many Facebook posts (which can be dangerous) and play so many games of Monopoly before things get a little weird. 😉  Please be encouraged by the promises God has given us!

Psalm 55:22 (NLT)
Give your burdens to the Lord,
And he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

Philippians 4:6-7 (ESV)

do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:38-39 (ESV)

38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Deuteronomy 31:6 (ESV)

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

John 16:33 (ESV)

33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

Matthew 11:28-29 (ESV)

28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Exodus 15:2 (ESV)

The Lord is my strength and my song,
    and he has become my salvation;
this is my God, and I will praise him,
    my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

Isaiah 12:2 (ESV)

“Behold, God is my salvation;
    I will trust, and will not be afraid;
for the Lord God is my strength and my song,
    and he has become my salvation.”

Remember that God is ALWAYS in control.  He is our source of strength, hope and peace.

Love you all!  Praying for you daily!

Pastor Steve
