What a joyful meeting took place last Sunday as our church family finally met to vote on our proposed name change to Anchor Point Bible Church. As we all gathered and the ballots were cast, we were led in some great worship while we waited for the tally of the vote. As our chairman shared that the vote was almost 90% in favor of the name change, spontaneous applause erupted as we celebrated the culmination of all the hard work of preparing for this opportunity. While we will always be “Berean’s” at heart, we now begin a new chapter in the life of our church that began back in 1921.
